Best WhatsApp Business API Providers in India (2026): 10 Compared

Ten WhatsApp API providers Indian businesses actually shortlist, side by side: the cheapest plan with an inbox and broadcasts, how many people it includes, how you are billed, and where each one is the better fit.

Every WhatsApp Business API provider in India sends messages through the same Meta platform, at the same Meta rates underneath. What differs is everything around it: what the panel costs, how many teammates it includes, whether you can pay monthly, whether the chatbot is extra, and how you get help. This comparison takes the ten providers Indian businesses shortlist most and puts those facts side by side, with each figure taken from the provider's own pricing page.

At a glance

Each row is the cheapest plan that includes both a shared team inbox and template broadcasts. Prices are per month, before GST, as listed on 13 September 2026.

What actually drives the monthly bill

  1. Team size. Per-user pricing is the biggest difference between providers. A six-person team on a plan that includes three can cost more than twice the headline price — or not be allowed at all.
  2. Messages. Every provider passes on Meta's per-message charge. Some add their own margin to it, some add a small fee per conversation, and a few pass it through at cost. On a busy month this can matter more than the plan price. See our WhatsApp API pricing guide.
  3. How you are billed. Gallabox, DoubleTick and QuickReply.ai do not sell month-to-month plans. A lower monthly figure paid a year upfront is a commitment, not just a price.
  4. Add-ons. Chatbot flows, AI replies and extra numbers are included on some platforms and sold separately on others.
  5. Limits inside the plan. BotSpace prices by how many contacts you engage; Chakra Chat's plans include a monthly quota of template messages. Check the limit you will actually hit.

Which one fits which business

wbm.link

Best for growing teams that want one flat price: unlimited team members, the flow builder and an AI assistant that answers in English, Hindi and Hinglish are included, each extra number costs the same ₹999, and short links rotate leads across salespeople. Built in Jaipur, billed in rupees. The trade-offs: there is no developer API or outgoing webhooks yet, and no free trial — you pay from when your number goes live.

WATI

A mature product with a large feature set, integrations and a developer API, and a 7-day free trial. It suits a small, fixed team: the Growth plan includes three users and allows no more, so a bigger team starts at Pro (₹6,499 for five users, then ₹1,299 each). Current message rates are shown inside the account rather than on the public page.

Interakt

Unlimited agents on Growth and a developer API make Interakt a good fit for e-commerce teams that connect it to their store. Branching chatbot flows need the Advanced plan, and AI agents are a ₹3,000 add-on. Note that its ₹999 monthly Starter plan covers Instagram only; the WhatsApp Starter plan is billed quarterly.

AiSensy

A low entry price and a free plan make AiSensy easy to try — though broadcasts are not available on the free plan. Chatbot flows (₹2,500/month) and the AI agent (₹1,350/month for 1,000 AI messages) are add-ons, and agents beyond five cost ₹750 each, so the real price depends on how many of those you need.

Gallabox

Chatbot flows are included from the first plan, and there is a 7-day trial without a card. Basic is capped at three users with no way to add a fourth, and every plan is billed quarterly or annually — a good fit for a small team that knows it will stay.

DoubleTick

Five agents are included on the Starter plan. There is no monthly plan and no free trial, and the full bot builder and AI agents sit on the Pro plan.

BotSpace

A free plan with a shared inbox and broadcasts, and a Pro plan priced by how many contacts you engage — ₹999 covers up to 500, rising with volume. It suits businesses with a small, steady audience; a large broadcast list moves you up the price ladder quickly.

Chakra Chat

One of the lowest entry prices, with every feature on every plan. Starter includes up to three users, two numbers and a monthly quota of 10,000 template messages; Meta's message charges are paid to Meta directly. A strong option for a small team comfortable handling Meta billing itself.

ChatMitra

A free-forever plan that includes broadcasts and a shared inbox, and a 15-day free trial. It charges a platform fee per conversation on top of Meta's charges, and it does not publish how many team members each plan includes — ask before you commit.

QuickReply.ai

Sold through a demo rather than self-serve sign-up. Starter includes one agent (₹500 per extra agent) and is priced for annual or quarterly billing; WhatsApp bots begin on the Standard plan. We could not confirm from the public page whether Starter includes broadcasts and the shared inbox — ask in the demo.

If you only need the API

Two well-known names are not in the table because they sell API access rather than a ready team inbox. 360dialog charges a fee per number per month (from €49) plus Meta's charges, and adds its inbox tools on a higher plan. Gupshup's self-serve pricing is per message, for developers building their own software. Both suit a business with engineers; neither is a replacement for a panel your sales team logs into.

respond.io and SleekFlow publish prices in US dollars only, so they are left out of a rupee comparison.

Choosing by business size and volume

The table above answers "what does it cost a typical team". The right provider for a 500-person enterprise, a three-person startup or a brand sending lakhs of messages a day is decided by different things. Here is what actually matters for each.

Top WhatsApp Business API providers for enterprise: what to check

For an enterprise, the panel's features matter less than the paperwork around it. Ask for a written service agreement — what support response times are committed, how incidents are communicated, and what happens if they are missed. Check that WhatsApp Business Accounts are created in your own Meta business portfolio, that user roles and access can be controlled per team, and that there is a documented way to export contacts and conversation history. If WhatsApp must feed your CRM or helpdesk, confirm the integration exists and is maintained — see how WhatsApp connects to CRMs, stores and helpdesks. For the record, wbm.link does not offer SLAs.

WhatsApp Business API provider for startups

For a startup, the risk is a price that grows faster than the team. Per-agent pricing hurts most here: a plan that fits three people today becomes a different plan when you hire the fourth and fifth. Prefer monthly billing over annual commitments while the business is still finding its shape, check whether the chatbot and extra numbers are included or add-ons, and make sure you can leave — number released, contacts exported — without a negotiation.

WhatsApp Business API provider with the best uptime

There is no independent, like-for-like uptime ranking of WhatsApp API providers, so we do not publish one — and you should be wary of any list that does. Two facts help. First, on the Cloud API, message delivery runs on Meta's infrastructure: if the Cloud API is disrupted, every provider is affected at the same time, and Meta publishes its platform status at metastatus.com. Second, what a provider does control is its own panel, webhooks and sending queue. So ask each provider for its uptime commitment in writing, whether it is backed by service credits, where it publishes its own status and incident history, and how quickly it tells customers when something breaks.

WhatsApp API provider for high-volume messaging

Sending volume is limited mainly by Meta, not by the provider. Meta's Cloud API lets a business phone number send up to 80 messages per second by default, with higher throughput available from Meta for eligible numbers, and Meta's messaging limits cap how many customers you can start conversations with in a day, rising as your quality rating holds. No provider can buy you past those limits. What differs is how well a provider works within them: whether broadcasts queue and pace themselves instead of failing, whether failed messages are reported clearly and not charged, how templates and quality ratings are monitored, and whether you can spread sending across several numbers. At high volume, message markups matter far more than the plan price — get every provider's rates next to Meta's before you compare.

Questions to ask any provider

  • What will I pay per month with my team size and number of WhatsApp numbers — on monthly billing?
  • What is your price per marketing, utility and service message, next to Meta's?
  • Is the chatbot builder included, or an add-on? What about AI replies?
  • Can I keep using the WhatsApp Business app on my number (coexistence)?
  • How do I export my contacts and chat history if I leave?
  • Who do I talk to when something breaks — and in which language?

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Something else on your mind? Ask us.

Which is the best WhatsApp Business API provider in India?

It depends on your team and how you want to pay. For unlimited team members at a flat price, wbm.link and Interakt's Growth plan include everyone. For a developer API and integrations, WATI and Interakt are mature choices. For the lowest entry price, several plans start at ₹999 — wbm.link, Chakra Chat, ChatMitra Pro and BotSpace Pro (up to 500 contacts).

Which WhatsApp API provider in India has unlimited agents?

Of the ten compared, wbm.link and Interakt (Growth plan) include unlimited team members. WATI, AiSensy, Gallabox, DoubleTick, BotSpace, Chakra Chat and QuickReply.ai limit or charge for users beyond the plan's allowance.

Which WhatsApp API providers have a free plan?

AiSensy, BotSpace, Chakra Chat and ChatMitra offer free plans, with limits — AiSensy's free plan does not include broadcasts. WATI and Gallabox offer 7-day trials, ChatMitra a 15-day trial, and DoubleTick no free trial.

Can I pay monthly for every WhatsApp API provider?

No. Gallabox and DoubleTick sell quarterly and annual plans only, and QuickReply.ai prices its plans for annual or quarterly billing. wbm.link, WATI, Interakt, AiSensy, BotSpace, Chakra Chat and ChatMitra offer monthly billing.

Which WhatsApp Business API provider has the best uptime?

No independent source ranks providers' uptime on the same basis, so treat any such ranking with caution. Message delivery on the Cloud API runs on Meta's infrastructure, whose status Meta publishes at metastatus.com. Ask each provider for its uptime commitment and incident history in writing.

Can I switch WhatsApp API providers without changing my number?

Yes. A number can be connected to one provider at a time: disconnect it from the old provider and connect it to the new one through Meta's sign-up. Plan to set up your message templates again.
