Delete your account

Delete it yourself in the app

Open wbm.link, then go to Settings → Account → Delete account. We send a 6-digit code to your registered mobile to confirm it’s you. If you own the business, this schedules the whole business for deletion after a 7-day grace period (so an accidental tap can be undone), cancels auto-renewal immediately, and emails you a cancel link. A team member deleting their own login is removed straight away.

If you can’t sign in, fill this in. Because we can’t verify who you are from a web form, we don’t delete anything automatically — we confirm you own the account, then delete it within 7 days and email you when it’s done.

What gets deleted

• Your login, name, email, password hash, and those of every team member.
• Your business profile and settings, and your connected WhatsApp numbers.
• Every inbox conversation — messages, media, voice notes and documents.
• Your contacts, their attributes, labels and notes, and imported lists.
• Templates, broadcasts and reports, chatbot flows, AI instructions and knowledge-base entries.
• Your short links — a link like wbm.link/yourbrand stops working.
• Your wallet balance and our record of it. Rented numbers are released.

Backups roll over on their own schedule; deleted data disappears from them within 30 days and is never restored.

What we must keep

Indian tax law requires us to keep invoices and payment records — amount, date and the business billed — for several years even after deletion. We anonymise them (your personal name, email and phone are removed) and use them only for accounting and legal compliance.
